Alongside our 15 workouts a week, we offer clean eating programs.
All you will need to bring: a yoga mat and water (to keep yourself hydrated). We provide the rest!

The Bowling Green Backyard Bootcamp coaches will educate, motivate and keep you accountable. If you are new to exercise or having trouble staying fit, join us.
