What is it?
An interval kickboxing circuit workout that is unique, fun and effective!

When is it?
M/W 11:30-1:30
T/TH 3:30-5:00

Convenient & Quick!
Drop in ANYTIME, on ANY of the above days, during ANY of the above times and knock out a 30 minute express workout on YOUR schedule at our new and improved indoor location!

The workouts change daily and a trainer will lead and encourage you as you progress through the circuit!

This offering is for bootcampers & non-bootcampers…women & men….beginners & advanced!
