Courage – This was the hardest step for me! Thinking can I really do this? After starting, I saw there were people of all different ages, sizes and different levels. Determination – Once having the courage I found the determination! Accountability – My dear friend and I do this together. So find someone to make this commitment with you. You have to do the time to lose weight and grow stronger. BGBYBC gives you the tools to succeed. You just have to use them. I have lost 44 pounds and plan on keeping it that way. I have met so many great people and everyone is there for the same reason to become HEALTHIER!

I started BGBYBC 4 months after giving birth to my first child. I was a full-time working mom struggling to get back into a workout routine. A friend persuaded me to start BGBYBC, and while I initially had reservations, ultimately I decided it was only 6 weeks. One session was all I would need to get back in the swing of things. I quickly learned BGBYBC is not a “quick fix." It’s a total body workout, and not to mention a lot of fun! After one session I found myself only more excited to sign up for the next. And the next. And the next! More than 4 years later, I feel better than ever both physically and mentally, have made great friends among fellow bootcampers, and have lost a total of 20 lbs. Because of what I have learned and accomplished through BGBYBC, not only am I healthier, but my entire family is healthier, happier, and more active. It’s great to be a BGBYBC bootcamper!

After having three children, I knew I needed a consistent workout plan. I joined BGBYBC a year and half ago to help get back into shape and live a healthier, more active lifestyle. When Allison offered the Little Black Dress challenge I decided to take part to learn how to eat clean, healthy balanced meals. I am so glad that I did! Allison and the other participants were so encouraging and helpful. This was a lifestyle change for me. I lost all of the weight and have maintained the weight loss through clean eating and a regular fitness routine at BGBYBC. I feel so much better and have more energy than I ever have. Allison and the group are so encouraging and will cheer you on the whole way.

I signed up for the Little Black Dress challenge at the last minute. I had been doing BGBYBC for 3 months, along with taking a prescription from my doctor for weight loss. I was ready to stop the prescription but I knew I could fall back in the same routine. In three months of BGBYBC I lost 10 lbs a month, I was so proud, but as soon as I stopped taking the prescription, my weight stayed the same...that is when I knew I had to take part in LBD challenge. I followed it closely (not 100%) but in the end I had lost 15 lbs and 15 inches in those 6 weeks, and I was left with something I could continue forever. Since then I lost about 35 more pounds and I went from a size 20 to a size 12 jeans. I can actually play with my kids and they love the green smoothies. I owe a lot to Allison, BGBYBC, and the LBD Challenge.

I lost 16 pounds completing the little black dress challenge but gained confidence in my ability to finish what I started. Allison is the best cheerleader and helped me see that I can do better day by day. The sad news was that I injured myself and didn't exercise much during the challenge and still lost 16 pounds! Thanks Allison, for a great plan to follow. I still love that mango salsa by the way.
